Diabetic menu needs addressing.
New food system needs and extras rather than "notes" and substitute meals should be told to patient before serving and a 2nd choice if available!!!

Security next to useless.
Would not assists nurses with a very confused and threatening behavioral patient.
The patients had no sleep due to the disturbance.
Apparently only 3 security on duty.
Not fault of staff or patients.
